1. Disc arch breaking system of solid waste bin
1.1 Overview: Our company has completed independent research and development, design, and manufacturing on the basis of drawing lessons from and absorbing advanced German technology. The silo system has stable performance, energy saving and low cost, and has been successfully applied to many project sites such as Guangzhou Daguan, Shijing Project, Hangzhou Water Affairs, and Zhongyuan Environmental Protection.
1.2 Scope of application: storage bins for plate and frame sludge, dried sludge (water content 30-40%), papermaking sludge and various biomass solid waste materials.
1.3 working principle
The disc shifter adopts a flexible shift arm, which is divided into two upper and lower groups. The upper shift arm is mainly aimed at breaking the arch of solid waste in the silo, and the lower shift arm can transfer the material into the discharge port at the bottom of the silo. The flexible arm will contract when it encounters high material resistance, which will reduce the resistance and reduce the power consumption of the equipment.
1.4 Technical performance and performance comparison with traditional sliding frame silo
(1) The flexible lever will contract when it encounters large material resistance, and the running resistance is small; when the sliding frame has a large push-pull resistance, it is easy to cause deformation and damage of the sliding frame beam and cylinder
(2) The flexible arm retracts naturally to avoid compaction of materials
(3) The drive shaft is used for power input, and the packing is sealed, the effect is good, and there will be no leakage
(4) Motor power is small, energy saving and consumption reduction
(5) The cost of the equipment is lower than that of the traditional skid-type silo.
